What are ready-made meals?
Ready-made meals are meals that are fully cooked and ready eat.
When can i place an order?
You can place an order for the current week up until Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
There is an order count down at the top of the website so you can see the time remaining.
How do the week dates work for ordering?
The menu week date is the week you are currently in. You will always order the week before you receive your meals.
For example: You order for week 8/7-8/11 and receive meals 8/13-8/14.
When do I receive my meals?
Your meals are ready for pickup and delivery on Sundays and Mondays. You choose the date and time at checkout.
Is Girl With A Recipe a subscription service?
No. There is nothing worse than cancelling your subscription and we know how that feels! When you order from our weekly menu, you are not locked in for the following weeks.
Scared you are going to forget? We send email reminders to subscribers on Wednesday! You can also follow us on social media or set reminders on your phone - the old fashioned way.
Does Girl With A Recipe offer refunds?
We completely understand situations come up; however, we can not in full confidence offer refunds after all meals are accounted for, prepared, prepped, cooked, and delivered. All orders are non-refundable after Wednesday at 11:59 PM for the following Sunday delivery/pickup. If you would like a refund, it must be done before Wednesday. Please read our refund policy page for more details about damaged, missing, or spoiled items.
Do you provide the recipe for the meals?
Yes! A reel (short video) of the full recipe on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok. The written recipe is shown in the caption of the video. My social media accounts are linked at the bottom of the website.
Where is Girl With A Recipe based? Do you ship your meals?
We are based in Atlanta, GA. Currently it is just local pickup and delivery in Atlanta.
How far do you deliver?
We currently deliver up to a 25-mile radius.
You can enter your zip code on the home page or at checkout to see if we deliver to you.
We use Market Wagon to deliver to more areas outside Atlanta. They deliver on Tuesday's.

Meals
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order quantity is 2 meals per order when you select Choose Your Own. If you want to do a meal plan option, the lowest plan is 5 meals per order.
Are your meals healthy?
Our meals are portioned, balanced and nutritious and will keep you full. There are macros provided for each meal, so you can stay on track to meet your nutrition goals.
How long do Girl With A Recipe meals last?
Our meals are fresh, never frozen. We provide best by date on the meal label. Our meals stay good for 4-5 days for warm meals without seafood.
Please note it may be different for cold meals like salads or meals with seafood.
Do you accommodate for specific diets (Vegan, Keto, Gluten Free, Etc)?
We do not accommodate for specific diets. You order the meals as is with a meal plan or the ability to small customizations with Choose Your Own Plan.
What if I have a food allergy?
Click the meal to review ingredients. Do not select a meal with ingredients you are allergic to. Also, please state your allergy in special instructions in checkout just so we are aware.
What type of containers do we use?
Our containers are Microwaveable, Dishwasher, and Freezer Safe. As well as BPA Free, Re-Usable, and Stackable.
Can I add or remove ingredients from the meals?
Yes! You are able to make customization to the Choose Your Own Plan.
Delivery and Pickup
How does delivery work?
When you go to check out, you will enter your address and select a delivery time.
We have a 25-mile radius.
If we do not delivery to your location, you can order from Market Wagon and they deliver my products all around Georgia. You just have to order on their website.
Where do I pickup my meals?
The pickup location has changed as of January 2024. The new location is 676 Highland Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30312. It's right by Bomb Biscuits and Highland Bakery. The new name will be Our Village Provisions.
When does Girl With A Recipe deliver?
Girl With A Recipe delivers on Sunday and Monday evenings between 5:00pm-7pm. You will see the time slots when you checkout.
You will receive a delivery ETA text the day of. Be sure to check confirmation email if you forget the time you selected.
When does Girl With A Recipe do pickup?
Pickup on Sunday is from 1:30pm-4:30pm and Monday's 9:30am-12pm. Located at 676 Highland Avenue NE
You will see pickup timeslots when you checkout. Be sure to check confirmation email if you forgot pickup time.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. The delivery fee is based on mileage. I deliver up to 25 miles. Starting at $6.50 and up to $14.50.
Can I add delivery instructions?
Yes. There is a delivery instructions box in checkout where you enter necessary information like door codes and drop-off instructions.
Provide your mobile number so you will know updates and when your meals are delivered.
What if I am not going to be home during the delivery hours?
Please send an email early enough to cancel. We can re-deliver on Monday.
Or order through Market Wagon and your meals will be delivered on Tuesday's.
Please note that you are selecting your delivery time when you checkout, so you need to arrange to be available.
Is there contactless delivery option?
Yes. Please state instructions for contactless delivery in checkout.
